Jethro is 100% accessible and provides short-term and long-term, high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment, ensuring continuity of support for individuals with complex medical, developmental, and/or behavioral needs while offering relief to their primary caregivers.

Client Profile & Assessment

  • Comprehensive intake assessment conducted prior to admission

  • Review of medical history, behavioral needs, mobility, communication style, and personal preferences

  • Collaboration with family members, caregivers, and health professionals for a smooth transition

Programming & Engagement

  • Personalized recreational activities based on the individual's interests

  • Structured daily schedule for stability and comfort

  • Opportunities for social interaction in a supervised setting

  • Integration into community outings when appropriate and safe

Family & Caregiver Communication

  • Daily updates provided via phone, email, or written reports

  • Immediate notification of any concerns or incidents

  • Debrief and transition meeting at the end of the respite stay

Safety & Supervision

  • 24/7 trained support staff on-site
