  • Daily updates provided via phone, email, or written reports

  • Immediate notification of any concerns or incidents

  • Debrief and transition meeting at the end of the respite stay

  • Recommendations for ongoing care or referrals as needed

This is a supportive community for individuals who value autonomy while enjoying access to care and companionship when needed. Equipped with shared and private rooms.

  • Adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities

  • Individuals with moderate mental health needs (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, dual diagnosis)

  • Seniors requiring assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)

  • Clients with mild to moderate cognitive impairments (e.g., early-stage dementia)

  • Schizophrenia
